Welcome to Head Heart Home!  I chose these three facets of life as the subject of this website because they are things that I am always looking for ways to improve. I find the interplay of the 3 endlessly fascinating, particularly Head and Heart. And Home for me is the root of it all, the place where I feel comfortable to discover and express my truest self.

I am having a blast, in my mid-fifties, figuring out who I am now that my children are grown up, and I can really focus on myself and pay attention to the things that mean the most to me. One of these, surely, is community, and I hope to build one through this website. So head on over to the blog and look for a mix of practical and fantastical, ruminations and recipes.
