Peanut Butter Energy Bites

I am always looking for healthy snack recipes. I find if I am not prepared with healthy options, I go rogue pretty easily! These taste amazing and are super easy to make.
Ingredients:
1 cup peanut or almond butter
1/4 cup raw honey
1-2 scoops protein powder (chocolate or vanilla) or 1/4 cup almond meal
1/3 cup water
3 cups raw uncooked oats
handful raw cacao nibs
1/4 cup shredded coconut
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and form into 1 inch balls. Additional water can be added if necessary. Store in refrigerator or freezer – makes 12 balls (2 per serving)
